Passed away peacefully on October 11, 2023 at the age of 97. Loving husband of the late Rayleen (nee Peters), married in 1949.

Dear father to Laura (Keith) Barton, Diane Stanczak, and Mark (Corine) Moench. Beloved grandfather to Kyle (Missy), Corinne (Andy), Mike (Drew), Mandy (Harrison), Courtney (Chato), and Tyler (Hope). Great-Grandpa to Rory, Riley, Sloan, Cole, Liam, Aria, Luca, Alina, Nico, Kennedy, Lincoln, and Joseph. Further survived by his sister Dolores, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Carl and Elvira Moench.

Bob was a graduate of Rufus King High School. He was a Sergeant in the Army Air Force in World War II. Attended University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Worked 37 years for the Bureau of Traffic Engineering and Electrical Services for the City of Milwaukee. Bob and Rayleen built a home on Booth Lake in Minocqua in 1981. Bob retired in 1985 and they moved to Minocqua in June of 1986. The family spent many vacations visiting them "up north". Bob and Rayleen relocated to Hales Corners in 2013 to be closer to family.
