Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Virginia Highlands Hospice Care facility in Germantown, WI.

Robert was born on October 3, 1928, in Aurora, WI. Robert graduated from Kingsford High School in Kingsford, MI. He then enlisted into the United States Army in 1950 to 1952 and transferred into the Army Reserves until receiving an honorary discharge in 1957.

Robert married Beverly Jean Poole on August 22, 1955, lived in Milwaukee, WI, and raised their two children.

Robert and Beverly (his wife who passed away on July 22, 2023) were married for 69 years and 11 months. Robert is survived by one son, Robert A. Olson and one daughter, Jeanne (James) Dufek, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation and memorial service are still to be determined.

Buried will be held at the Homestead Aurora Cemetery, located at 1372 Osterberg Parkway, Niagara, WI 54151.

This will reunite Robert and Beverly together for eternal life.
