93 years old, passed away peacefully in his home on April 14th with his loving wife of 42 years, Betty Hermanson (nee Wilkinson), and family by his side. Loving father to MaryAnn (the late John) Whelan, Katheren Hermanson, (the late) Roger Hermanson, and Rodney (Jill) Hermanson. Grandfather of 10, great-grandfather of 11, and great-great-grandfather of 2. Further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Proud veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, serving in both WWII and Korea and receiving two Purple Hearts. Lifetime member of American Legion Post 434 and VFW Post 8482. A visitation will be held on Friday April 27th at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd.
