Benkowski, Ruth J. (Nee Schweitzer) Age 79. Went peacefully surrounded by family on August 18, 2009, after battling with multiple myeloma. Preceded in death by her husband, Anton and son, David. Loving mother of Kevin (Cindy), Mark, Patrick (Linda), Monica (Michael) Meer, Timothy (Annette) and Anthony (Tracy). Proud grandma of Andrzej, Stefan, Rachel, Anna Mae, Madelaine, Allyssa, Owen, Collin, Jacob, Landin, Aidan, Clayton, Natalie, Leya and Casey. Sister of Howard (Delores) Schweitzer. Sister-in-law of Lorraine and Doris. Also preceded in death by brothers Jim and Earl, and sister Alice Mae.
