Santiago "Chago" Rain Garcia passed in the late evening of October 6th, 2021. He was born Oct 2nd 1983 at St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI to his mother Diane Marak (Wilkinson) and father Raynaldo Garcia.

He is survived by his two wonderful children, Santino and Nailea, his mother Diane (Dale), brother Jesse (Kris), sister Monica, niece, nephew, two grand nieces as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents and his father Raynaldo.

Chago was always a free spirit with a compassionate soul. He had a love for animals, basketball, music and fashion. Chago gave his all to whatever he did. Whether it was basketball, which earned him a scholarship, or his music, leading him to build a studio in a closet under the basement stairs of our father's house. His bright eyes, friendly smile, zest for life and kindness will be missed. We love you Chago!
