It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Scott T. Verhein, age 72, who departed his tent (2 Cor.5:1) on March 19, 2026.

He was born in Milwaukee, WI on February 20, 1954 to Willard and Mona.

He loved his God, his family, and his country, serving in the U.S. Navy, forward deployed during the Vietnam war.

Scott was a family man, avid ice fisherman, die hard Packers fan, and the best father for which his children could ever hope. He would do anything for a friend, and give everything for his family.
He fought the good fight, he kept the faith, and he finished the race (2 Tim. 4:7).

Scott will enter his eternal home greeted by his Savior, his wife, Marianne, and daughter, Joy. He is survived by his son.

A visitation for Scott will be held at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd., Hales Corners, Wisconsin on April 4, 2026
from 9:00 to 11:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00.
