Shirley J. SalterAge 89. Passed away May 5, 2018. Loving wife of the late Howard R. Salter. Dear mother of the late Bruce (Lea) Salter, Donald (the late Patricia) Salter, and Charles (Karen) Salter. Shirley was a loving grandmother to 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Further survived by other relatives and friends. For 53 years she was the best friend of her late husband Howard. Together they founded the Howard R. Salter Company and TEWCO, Inc. (Truck Equipment Warehouse Company). They loved to play golf and travel. Shirley was always the perfect secretary and even on trips she kept detailed diaries of their adventures. She also had a passion for cooking. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Visitation Friday, May 11th, 4 PM to 6:30 PM, Hartson Funeral Home, Hales Corners. Service at 6:30 PM.
