Sherman, Stanley R. Age 90. At peace March 14, 2013. Preceded in death by his cherished wife, Angeline. Loving father of Nancy Rene Emmerich and Alan Sherman. Proud grandfather of Sheri, Molly Ann and Seth. Great-grandfather of Devin and Mason. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Honored Army veteran of World War II. Served in Asiatic-Pacific Theater for 22 months. Awarded Bronze Star Medal 22 August 1945. Stanley will always be remembered as a man who put the needs of others ahead of his own.
