In addition to his mother, Stephen is survived by his loving companion of many years, Christina M. Kohta, his father Walter (Debbie) Kettner, his step-father Donald Rickard, his loving sisters Theresa C. (Mark) Kettner, and Elizabeth J. Kettner, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
