Sue Sorce (nee Pearson, Breuer) was 76 years old from Greenfield, WI

After a long illness, she passed away quietly with her family at her side and was welcomed into eternal life on Tuesday February 27, 2024. She was survived by her husband of 21 years Isadore Sorce, (Son) Gregory Nelson, Patricia Nelson, Stepchildren Terrance (Carla) Sorce, Alison Campbell, Scott (Bethany) Sorce, Gerald (Kelly) Sorce, and Mary Ellen (Mark) Levra. Grandchildren Annie, Jayden, Adilyn, Ava, Lander, Aiden, Greyson, Elise, Finley, Everett and Colby. Proceeded in death were her parents Folke and Agnes Pearson and beloved brother Ron.

Powered by her "Energizer Rabbit" attitude and love for children, she taught elementary school for 35 years and retired to mentor student teachers from her Alma mater UW-Milwaukee for 20 years. She was a loving teacher, mother, wife and "Nana". She encouraged and supported many children and adults to learn, love and live religiously. She loved visiting with friends who were always treated like family. Her generosity knew no bounds.

After retiring she used her skills and energy as a Condo Board President (9 years) and Church elder at Emmanuel UCC in Hales Corners, WI. She was known by so many as a "fun loving teacher". She loved theater, musicals, symphonies and art galleries. She was passionate about driving her little red convertible with the top
down and wind in her hair. She has traveled from Alaska to Paris toasting life with a glass of wine along the way. Her favorite place was on the beach with her feet in the water and toes in the sand.

There will be a future memorial gathering (party) scheduled for a later date. Please join us for a memorial service on March 30, 2024, with visitation starting at 11am followed by a 1pm service at Emmanuel UCC 10627 W. Forest Home Ave. Hales Corners, WI.
