Susan "Susie" Bass Green died peacefully on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
Loving wife of the late James (Jim) of 47 Years. Proud mother of Bill , Chris (Jen)
and Ben. Devoted "Grammie" to Max, Maddie, Olivia, Jack, Gabby, Kate, Ella and
Sophia. She was the youngest and surviving sister to Marion Wrasse (the late Dean),
Shirley Hunter (the late Hank) , Barbie Orthune (the late Arvin) and Judy Wallace (Duaine). Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Susie was born to Matt & Agnus Bass (Biederman) on January 7th, 1948. She attended St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Grade School and graduated from Jefferson High
School. She married James M. Green on November 7th, 1970. They were married for 48 years and raised their 3 sons in Jefferson, WI. Susie remained a member of St. John's Evangelical Church.

She was a proud Grandma and loved spending time with her grandchildren,
attending their sporting events, catching up on what was going on in their lives,
and reminiscing of the past. The grandkids loved having sleepovers with Grandma
and Grandpa when they were younger,

Over the past 30 plus years, Susie and Jim, along with their sons, grandchildren
and friends, enjoyed their time at Lake Mason. It was there that lifelong
friendships, memories and traditions were made. She enjoyed sitting on the
deck, sipping coffee, fishing with Jim, but above all making sure everyone was having a good time. Susie would wander to her friend's sites to catch up with everyone for a "social hour" which often times lasted through the evening.

Susie will forever be remembered for how she loved her family and friends, tradition and hosting holiday celebrations which had to include cards, Old Fashions, and her world famous Tortes.


A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, 2:00pm at the
home of Chris and Jen Green.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Susie's name may be made to Zilber
Family Hospice (1155 N Honey Creek Pkwy. Wauwatosa, WI 53213).
