On Saturday, January 25, 2025, we unexpectedly lost Susan G. Hill (née Kendzie).
Sue retired an officer from Northwestern Mutual after 34 years. We are sincerely heartbroken and missing Sue immensely. A particular thank you to special co-workers who met for monthly luncheons and remained lifelong friends.
Sue was preceded in death by her beloved husband Tim, parents Grace and Emil Kendzie, sister Joan Larsen and brother-in-law Peter Holdaway. Sue is survived by her daughter Nancy Hill-Faber (Brian), sister Diane Kendzie-Holdaway, granddaughter Gina, and great grandchildren Giulianna and Bennett.
Thank you to our good friend Julie for being loving, supportive and always helpful.
As most already know, Sue truly loved all things animal; especially pets and wildlife. Sue has an extensive family of dog friends who will miss her. Great satisfaction and many happy days were spent at dog shows or participating in canine search and rescue. Most recently Sue began fostering rescue dogs and was a loving mother to many this past year.
Sue was kind, loving, intelligent, compassionate, and beyond generous.
Services will be private, but a celebration of Sue's life will be held in May for friends, family and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in memory of Sue to an animal rescue, such as Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS), Best Friends Animal Society, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Canine Companions or the Wisconsin Humane Society.
Please join us for an Open House on Sunday, May 4, 2025 to celebrate Sue. We will be mingling at the Village Bowl & Social from Noon-2:00 PM. N86 W18330 Main Street Menomonee Falls, WI 53051.
