Sankarsingh, Susan L. (Née Shaleen) Susan was born to eternal life on Friday, July 19, 2013. Susan was the cherished mother of Shawn Sankarsingh, loving sister of Kenneth Shaleen of Illinois and further survived by many dear family members and friends. Susan was an exceptional teacher for over thirty years. She began her career as a classroom teacher, then pursued her love of art to become an elementary art teacher. She enjoyed working with young students and helping them develop an appreciation for all art forms. Susan was an inherent teacher, willing to share her knowledge with anyone who showed interest. She excelled and experimented in many visual art areas, including painting, beading, stamping and quilting. Susan was a member of the Franklin Friendly Quilters and the Florida Tuesday Quilters. Susan was a gracious, open, giving soul. She reached out to many and surrounded herself with good friends and co-workers. She will be dearly missed. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Tudor Oaks Community Room S77 W12929 McShane Drive, Muskego, 53150 on Sunday, August 4th from 1:00-5:00 PM.
