Age 88.  Born to eternal life, while surrounded by his loving family on December 23, 2014.  Loving husband of Mary Ann (nee Tulius) for 65 years.  Beloved father of Nancy (James) Simonson, David (Barbara) Pronschinske, Therese (Thomas) Hackbarth, Paulette (Perry) Koeppen, and Jeffrey (Lynn) Pronschinske.  Blessed with and proud of 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  Dear brother of Carol (George) Narvaes.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.  Sylvan was a member of St. Mary Catholic Faith Community since 1953 with service as an usher for 42 years.  He proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corp during World War II in the Pacific Theater 1945-1946.  Former employee of Kilps, Matt Starck and Sons and Jens Construction.  "Semper Fi"
