Terry L. Sossaman, of Waterford, WI, passed away on June 15, 2026 at the age of 78.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jane (nee Rodenbeck); his children Michelle AKA Missy Sossaman, Leslie (Erick) Hoeft, Sarah (Randy) Fletcher, and Michael (Angela) Sossaman; his grandchildren Lance, Lucas, Ethan, and Trevor Hoeft, Colton and Cameron Fletcher, and Lillian and Ella Sossaman; and his siblings Candice AKA Squeaky (Peter), Russell, Gail AKA Toots, and Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd AKA Red and Marcia Sossaman.

Terry was a proud Navy veteran. Following his military service, he had a career overseeing road construction projects for the Department of Transportation for 42 years. He instilled this work ethic in his son, who went on to work alongside him.

Terry loved his Harley, his 4-wheeler, and his snow mobiles. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and camping, but notably was not a fisherman. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren, who were the apple of his eye. At home his family will miss the sound of NASCAR and wrestling on the TV.

A funeral service will be held at Norway Lutheran Church (6321 Heg Park, Wind Lake, WI 53185) on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 2 PM. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 PM.
