Thomas S. Masarik died peacefully in his home on March 21st, 2016 amongst loved ones. Beloved father of Milena (Brian) Deckow and Christopher. Cherished grandfather of Charles and Nina. Special friend of Connie. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
