Todd E. Richter born on February 14, 1972 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on Sunday April 18th 2021 at St Luke's Hospital at the age of 49. He is survived by his Daughter Taylor, Mother Teri, Brother Eric, Sister In Law Ashley, two nieces, Tess and Elly, one nephew Seth, and Todd's significant other Jen. Todd lived his life to the fullest. Anyone that met him loved him. He was always smiling and willing to help anyone in need. He loved woodworking, disc golfing, golfing, bowling, hunting, fishing, and playing his video games with his best buddies. Spending time with his daughter, girlfriend, family and friends was the most important thing to him.
