Uel B. "Butch" Harwood of Muskego, WI passed away at his home on May 4, 2015. He was born Oct 10, 1937 in Oak Park, IL to Uel M. Harwood and Caroline (Mazzone) Harwood. He married Carolyn Kay (Nelson) Harwood on Sept 8, 1979. He and Kay owned and operated Viking Services of Muskego for the past 30 years. They were attendees of Hales Corners Lutheran Church in Hales Corners, WI. Viewing and visitation will be at Hales Corners Lutheran Church on Friday May 8, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00pm. Showing on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 10:00am; funeral services at 11:00am at Hales Corners Lutheran Church. Burial immediately following the funeral services at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin, WI.He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Carole and brother-in-law Butch Lodewyck.Butch is survived by his wife Kay Harwood of Muskego; his brother Jim Harwood and his wife Carolyn and nieces, Ashley and Jamie Lyn of Modesto, CA; his daughter Virginia Kubicek and her husband Todd of Jefferson, WI. Dear Grandfather to; Veronica of Bismarck, ND; Benjamin of Ballston Spa, NY; Bernice of Milwaukee, WI; Rosalia, Andrea, Julia, and Victoria of Jefferson, WI; brother-in-law to Bob Nelson and his wife Karyn of Denton, TX, brother-in-law to Richard Nelson and his wife Donna of Grapevine, TX and sister-in-law to Linda Schoch of Lake Dallas, TX; and many nieces and nephews. Uncle to Phillip Lodewyck Sr. of Loveland, OH; Uncle to Jennifer Bisch her husband Jeff of Lawrenceburg, IN; Uncle to Patrick Lodewyck and his wife Deborah of Loveland, OH; great uncle to many nieces and nephews. Butch greatly enjoyed his beloved Chicago Bears and Cubs, Lake Michigan fishing, motor home trips to the coast of Biloxi, MS and a casino or two. Butch was always the entertainment voice of family and friends gatherings, bringing an air of humor, wit and interesting wisdom to every conversation.Butch will be dearly missed by all.
