Weiler, Virginia Age 92. Born Virginia Bryant on May 1, 1917, in Milwaukee. Widow of the late Edward Weiler. Survived by Sue, Janet and Roger. Also survived by three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Visitation will take place from 10AM-12 noon on Wednesday, October 21, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 7963 S. 116th Street, Franklin. Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Interment to follow. A well known figure in the Wisconsin dance world, Virginia taught dance for 40 years. She had her own studio at the age of 14, and taught 20 years at Alverno College in Milwaukee. She was a founding member of the Wisconsin Dance Council, working to promote modern dance as an art form and as a part of the school curriculum. She also taught dance to mentally retarded and learning disabled children.
