Beloved father of Deborah Wisch, Annette (David) Foster, Allison (Charles) Vail, and John (Rita) Atherton. Proud grandfather of Joshua (Liesl) Foster, Justin (Sara) Foster, Hope Foster (Riston Forseth), Stephen (Brittany) Vail, Anthony Vail, and Andrew Vail; great-grandfather of Rayni, Chad, Ethan, Saije, Eva, Nolan, Analiese, Griffin, and Riley. Dear brother of Doris Elliott and Barbara Donahue. Bill served in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953 during the Korean War.
