Found peace on February 16, 2014, at age 57 years. Survived by his loving sisters Carol (Greg) Paczkowski, and Kathy (Marty) Coello. Also survived by dear nieces and nephews Fay (Alex), Michelle (Ben), Jeremy (Erika), and Jessica (David); and great-nieces and nephews Annabelle, James, Hunter, Roman, David, and Cody. Bill graduated from Boys Tech High School. He enjoyed bowling with the 'High Rollers', playing cards, dice, bingo, and outings with his family. Bill lived and was lovingly taken care of by the caring staff at KK Group Home in Milwaukee.
