West Allis - Age 61. At peace November 17, 2021. Born 7/12/1960 in Milwaukee, WI.

Bill was raised in West Allis, and he graduated West Allis Central High School in 1978. He became a technician for Norstan, Inc. He worked in telecommunication for over forty years at a variety of businesses including Guaranty Bank and Ascension. Bill was an avid softball player, pool player, dart thrower, and bowler. He coached baseball for Little League of West Allis, and basketball and soccer for West Allis Rec Department. He involved himself with many friends at local establishments partaking in libations. He helped better lives by running benefits. He also worked at Jonny Hammer's, Milwaukee County Parks, and Paulie's Field Trip as a bartender. He was loved by many, and he loved them right back.

Twenty-five years ago he married the "woman of his dreams," Lisa (nee Radabaugh) with whom he became the loving father of Aaron and Kathryn (Kate). Further survived by his parents Arthur and Mary (nee Hollander), sisters Diane (Paul) Mantey, Susie (John) Serrahn, Lori (the late Jeff) Morrell, Jennifer (Craig) Pagelsdorf, brothers Jim Mitter, Rob (Amy) Milos, Mike (Missey) Milos, and Jeff (Jessica) Milos, parents-in law Agnes Radabaugh and David Philleo, sister in law Julie Radabaugh, many nieces and nephews, other family, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Leistikow (nee Nowak).

There will be a celebration of life to honor Bill Mitter's memories as Bill wanted a party not a funeral. The plan is for spring so everyone can comfortably be inside and/or outside.
